Bounce Conveyors

RDT Bounce conveyors are an effective way to separate paper from containers and to increase separation efficiency within a MRF. Bounce conveyors are supplied 1800mm wide by 6000mm long but can be increased in size to accommodate higher product throughput. The pitch of the conveyor is 30 degrees and can be altered to suite different material compositions.

RDT conveyors come complete with the following features:

• Two piece or solid welded head and tail drums.
• Durable chain driven beater shafts
• Lagged head drums for drive traction
• Tail drum belt tensioning device.
• High hungry boards with skirting system.
• Adjustable return rollers.
• Head bearing adjustment for drum alignment.
• 3 to 4 Gearmotors on left or right hand side.
