Product Storage Cages

RDT can provide storage cages and bunkers with baler feeding systems for OCC, paper, plastic and metal containers. The cages can either be conveyor bottom or gravity fed discharge and come complete with automatic slide gates for easy discharge.

Cages can be sized specifically to suite the customers storage requirements and can be designed to be integrated into existing recycling facilities.

Glass Storage Silos

RDT’s Glass Storage Silos solve the problems associated with storing glass.

The benefits of using glass storage silos over conventional bunkers are:

    1. Fully enclosed structures which provide a:
       • Reduction in noise associated with breaking glass
       • Reduction / Elimination of wind blown litter

    2. A front end loader is not required.

    3. The silos are aesthetically designed and built.

Key Features of the silos include:

• Hydraulically operate slide gate for quick and easy discharge
• Access platform and ladder for general maintenance
• Level indicators for accurate storage capacity
• Up to 50 tonne per hour discharge which allows for the loading of a semi tipper in 20 minutes
