Perforator Flatteners & Densifiers

Our Perforator Flatteners are designed for use in Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) optical container sort lines and for product destruction of full or empty beverage containers.

Perforator Flattener Benefits

Densifier

Densifiers are well suited to shredding plastics prior to bailing to increase bale densities. RDT Densifiers are small and cost effective which makes them suitable for use in regional Material Recovery Facilities or small scale plastics bailing operations.

Recycling Design & Technologies can supply Densifiers as a stand alone unit or as part of an integrated system including feed conveyor(s) and baler.
