Palletising Conveyor Systems
Recycling Design & Technologies (RDT) design and supply palletising conveyor systems to any specification you require. Our Palletising conveyor system is well suited to packaging environments requiring large and/or heavy bags to be flattened for stacking onto pallets.
Palletising Conveyor System Benefits
- Significantly reduced manual handling and the risk of workplace injury.
- Increased palletizing/packaging throughput with a minimum of staff.
- Uniformly flattened bags produce a more stable stacked pallet.
Palletising Conveyor System Features
- Compaction adjustment is made with the push of a button. Linear actuators provide quick and easy adjustment.
- RDT can customise each palletising conveyor system to accommodate any compaction requirements. (E.g.; Compaction percentage, material type/compaction force required).
- A roller conveyor at the out feed the system allows transportation of flattened bags to pallet stacking area to minimise manual handling.
An optional pallet lifter can be supplied by RDT. The pallet lifter varies the height of the pallet to ensure the top layer is at an ideal height for stacking. This reduces the need to bend or reach with heavy loads.
RDT provides a wide range of design solutions for recycling, materials handling, and packaging industries. Our Palletizing Conveyor System is just one example of our diverse services.
Recycling Design & Technologies customised design solution for the Endeavour Foundation
The palletizing conveyor system was produced for the Endeavour Foundation – a not for profit company which provides employment for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities.
RDT was asked to provide a solution to the physically demanding work required to flatten and lift large bags for palletizing.
“RDT was very thorough with their research into our needs. The project was delivered to agreed specifications, on time, and within our limited budget. The attention to safety and build quality has enabled its trouble free integration into our unique working environment.”
